These systems are probably the standard in the floating pontoon industry. The pontoons are constructed from HDPE (high density polyethylene) cubes that are simply locked together using a specially formed HDPE connection lug.

Cube pontoons are extremely versatile and can be used in both temporary and permanent installations being strong enough to withstand years of tough environmental conditions.  These pontoon systems are made up of individual modules that can easily be designed to flex, which enables them to withstand extreme coastal wave motion and makes them ideal for any exposed installations.

Modular pontoons are made entirely from HDPE, which means they don’t require any regular maintenance, and don’t suffer from any environmental degradation or corrosion issues.
